History

The delicately depicted parakeet is framed by a refined border of leaves and berries, evoking the elegance of tapestries of yesteryear. This composition, to be embroidered on a Penelope canvas, recreates the rich and textured effect of Gobelin stitch, imitating traditional woven tapestries.
